Great service. Used several times. Never a problem.
Worked like charm, came quickly.
I have had them out before for cleaning purposes, so the replacement was no issue. I was somewhat concerned though, about the grill, but it not an issue.
The one that came with the dishwasher had grooves on each side of every compartment and it was impossible to get all the silverware in it and harder to get the silverware out after a wash cycle. I think this comment would be well worth making sure the designers read that. I believe this is my fourth Bosch dishwasher and I wouldn't buy anything but Bosch.
